Chef Michael Voltaggio first came to the public consciousness when he won season six of the hit cooking competition Bravo's Top Chef. Today, fans have been flocking to his uber popular West Hollywood eatery, Ink, and raving about dishes like Japanese scallops with soy-cured papaya, fermented chili, and basil.

Ink has earned many awards since opening, including GQ’s "Best New Restaurant" in America in 2011. Voltaggio also owns ink sack, just around the corner from Ink at 8360 Melrose Ave, #107.
