Fans of MTV’s Guy Code are no stranger to television personality and model Lisa Ramos. From the hit webseries What Girls Really... and The Secret Life of Babes, Lisa's also made a name for herself on Instagram, with almost half a million followers and counting.

A Queens, New York native, Lisa took the time to share her favorite indulgent (ie: terrible for you but will taste amazing) comfort foodie finds in NYC. Proceed at your own risk!

  • If you’re looking for a great vibe, delicious food, and delectable drinks all for a great price look no further than Sweet Chick. Try classic Southern American favorites such as Shrimp and Grits, Mac n Cheese with a Ritz cracker crust, and excellent fried chicken. It's the fried Chicken and Waffles  that people line up for, because Sweet Chick's versions all feature a special twist. The savory chicken is served with a waffle of your choice-Classic, Bacon-Cheddar, Dried Cherry, Rosemary-Mushroom, Apple Cinnamon or Spiced-Pecan. Check out the Lower East Side and Williamsburg locations.

  • What started as a tiny food cart in Queens is now a tiny store front in the East Village. Supreme taco specialists at Tacos Morelos  know how to whip up an excellent array of sorted tacos, quesadillas, fajitas and other authentic Mexican favorites.

  • Looking for an ultra luxe Southeast Asian dining experience? Check out SEA Restaurant as an experience in Thai dining. Pulsing music, chic decor, and delicious thai cuisine. It will be an unforgettably chic dining night of delicious food in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

  • Located in New York's Soho neighborhood, Chalk Point Kitchen serves up modern fresh cuisine designed using local, seasonal, sustainable & organic products. Each visit is a unique yet comforting dining experience. Try dishes such as the Juniper and Mustard Crusted Rack of Lamb, and Grilled Black Berkshire Pork Porterhouse Chop.

  • Head to Manhattan’s Meatpacking district to enjoy seafood at Catch restaurant. The ambiance is the perfect mix of sophisticated and approachable, the food is excellent, and the service pulls together the entire experience.  Favorites include Cantonese Lobster, CATCH Roll, and the Salmon Belly Carpaccio, but the star of the show is the amuse bouche of warm pretzel bites with honey mustard butter.

  • Late night cravings keeping you up? Thank goodness for Insomnia Cookies! Delicious batches of warm Chocolate Chip, S’mores, Snickerdoodle and more will be waiting for you next time your sweet tooth keeps you up. They also have set up a convenient cookie delivery for those in dire need.

  • Creamy, rich, and offered in a variety of flavors, Lisa loves a dish of rice pudding for a sweet pick me up. While Rice to Riches may only offer one thing on their menu, there are so many flavors to try that we just can't settle on a favorite. Try Pina Colada, “Oreo Gasm", Caramel, or Lisa's personal favorite, Coconut Pecan!
