In 1942, Patrick Connolly of County Galway, Ireland opened the doors of his eponymous bar, Pat Connolly Tavern, and the rest, as they say, is history. To this day, Mr. Connolly's family still opens the pub at 6:00AM on St. Patrick’s Day so that customers can grab an Irish coffee or Bloody Mary before the parade. Locals love this place, and so will you!

Dogtown is the hub of all things Irish in St. Louis, Missouri, so it's exactly where you want to be when you're planning for St. Patrick's Day. We've got best pubs in this slideshow!
