Wicked Spoon, located in the swanky Cosmopolitan Hotel, offers diners a chance to taste more dishes, by offering a small-plate approach at each of the seemingly endless stations. Dishes that fans rave about range from refined classics, like prime rib and bone marrow, to well-executed global fare, including handmade pasta al forno and sizzling fried rice.

The real appeal of Wynn is its whimsical decor. There are floral arrangements and bright pops of color that extend to the food displays. The fun doesn’t end there though- there are 16 live food stations and a giant chocolate fountain. Dip fruit, marshmallows, and rice cereal treats and swirl them into a chocolate frenzie!

Bacchanal, located in Caesar’s Palace, is a Las Vegas staple. With over 500 dishes to choose from, you can’t go wrong, but we recommend the crab legs or the oyster shucking station! What’s even better is that this option-friendly buffet caters to vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free diners.
