In 1942, Patrick Connolly of County Galway, Ireland opened the doors of his eponymous bar, Pat Connolly Tavern, and the rest, as they say, is history. To this day, Mr. Connolly's family still opens the pub at 6:00AM on St. Patrick’s Day so that customers can grab an Irish coffee or Bloody Mary before the parade. Locals love this place, and so will you!

Named after the Gaelic word for “small home,” Tigin Irish Pub in St. Louis happens to be one of four related bars around the country. Owners wanted to created a 'homey' atmosphere in all of their establishments, and this local haunt definitely embodies hospitality and friendliness combined with a modern atmosphere. Lots of tap and bottled beers to choose from--both international and local brews-- as well as pints of Guinness. Plus, they celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with not one, but two(!) parties!
