The Lighthouse Trail

Since Quebec sits on the Saint Lawrence River, maritime culture and lighthouses are part of its heritage. While there are over 40 lighthouses that line the coast, only 17 offer tourism services to the public. No matter, there are still an abundance of activities to partake in along The Lighthouse Trail as you travel from Rivière-du-Loup to Tadoussac stopping at accessible lighthouses along the way. For more details about the trail and maritime activities click the link above.

Known for its European charm and spectacular scenery, Quebec is a must-see travel destination. The city's official tourist site, QuebecOriginal, wants to entice you further with their latest campaign film featuring avid travelers Glennis LaRoe and Kip Geddes. We were certainly inspired! Here is a list of our five favorite sites in Quebec.

Check out Glennis and Kip's trip, and more about Quebec's remarkable beauty, here!
