For centuries, Paris has attracted both artists and art-lovers alike. One of Paris' most phenomenal hidden gems, the Musée Marmottan-Claude Monet, contains the largest collection of Claude Monet’s Impressionist and Post-Impressionist works - most of which were donated by the artist’s own family. Displayed in a Second Empire villa, the building (re: expansive mansion) also houses a magnificent collection of Empire-style furniture that will impress anyone in your group.

We all have heard of The Louvre in Paris and The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, but there are dozens of stunningly epic museums around the globe that, year after year, go undiscovered by the common tourist.

These attractions are truly hidden gems in their own right, and we'd like to share our favorites with you! From France to Japan, we’ve rounded up some of the most notable museums you must visit!
