Originally launched in 2012 as a pop-up restaurant, the Brixton BBQ eatery The Joint offers everything the name implies, and then some. Founded by Chef Warren Dean and Daniel Fiteni, this barbecue joint marries the arts of baking and cooking to create a trendy, mouth-watering place to eat dedicated to serving exceptional food and drink.

In-the-know locals come for the perfectly-smoked pulled pork and chicken sandwiches on buttery-yet-light, homemade brioche buns. To top it off? We recommend grabbing a handful of sides like the addicting grilled sweet corn and spicy wings.

London BBQ Restaurants

Strictly speaking, if your idea of a barbecue is a heaping helping of fresh meats, perfectly char-grilled over a flame and eaten with your hands, then the early homosapiens definitely started the whole BBQ trend.

Fast forward to today, and every city around the globe offers a smattering of excellent eateries and restaurants that offer delightful dishes like homemade ribs, pulled pork, crispy grilled chicken, and juicy burgers. Today, we invite you to check out our list of the best places to eat in London to get your BBQ fix!
